Mr Bruno and all the drivers are super sweet, kind, respectful, patient and safe drivers. His trucks are all new, clean and comfortable. His service is always on time and very responsible. Driver was very helpful, friendly and went as far as waiting for us until my father’s appointment was over.
Driver gets 5/5 for service and got a nice cash tip of $25.
Not sure who “Bruno” is, I spoke with him for the first time earlier this week, said he would “call back in 20 minutes” because I rang at a busy time (fair enough), but never called back, despite me saying I needed to sort transportation at short notice.
I rang again the next day, spoke with Bruno again, who managed to sort transportation service mentioned in my first paragraph. I mentioned that he never rang me back the day before, and didn’t even have the courtesy to apologise or show any sign of empathy.
Bruno gets 1/5 rating for mismanaging expectations and lacking common courtesy.

We have used this private handicap tranport company a few times.
David has been a repeat driver and he is wonderful. Punctual, kind, patient with my Mom, a wheelchair user.
